Update Students Private Call Booking Records

“This Zap manages students booking private calls with you. Those who are within their Due Date will be able to book calls. Those who are outside their Due Date (or booking dates beyond the Due Date) will have the events declined. 1. Check when a booking comes in. 2. Find the event the student booked. 3. Look up the students folder. 4. Find their activity spreadsheet. 5. Add a new row documenting the date of their booking. 6. Make the folder shareable. 7. Look up the students due date. 8. Filter out students who are within their due date (only students who are past it proceed). 9. Delete the calendar event. 10. Find the booking confirmation email. 11. Remove the "Inbox" and "Unread" labels. 12. Email the student about the declined event. 13. Update their spreadsheet with the reason why their call is declined.”
