Updates for ProWorkflow: 6 New Searches for Powerful and Detailed Automation, plus Automatically Add Bookmarks

ProWorkflow's Zapier integration allows you to automate aspects of the project management process so you can put the busy work on auto-pilot and get back to the work that matters. The newest update adds six new Search Actions allowing you to take your automations to the next level.

Now, search for specific tasks, contractors, messages, staff, projects or clients, pinpoint them, and automatically make changes happen using any of the existing ProWorkflow Triggers. For example, you could use this integration to automatically find a specific contractor and add them to a specific project. Find a task and update a message in ProWorkflow. You can also use these search features and send info to your other apps. Also, adding a new Action, this update allows you to automatically add bookmarks, which you can use in conjunction with any of the new searches or Triggers in your other apps.

  • Find Task: Finds an existing Task.Optionally, create one if none are found.
  • Find Contractor: Finds an existing contractor. Optionally, create one if none are found.
  • Find Message: Finds an existing Message.
  • Find Staff: Finds an existing staff member. Optionally, create one if none are found.
  • Find Project: Finds an existing Project. Optionally, create one if none are found.
  • Find Client: Finds an existing client. Optionally, create one if none are found.

New Action

  • Add Bookmark: This action adds a single Bookmark.
