- The system checks the event status and updates GoHighLevel CRM accordingly
- Based on that status, Zapier triggers email or SMS follow-ups
- Internal notifications are sent via [Slack](https://zapier.com/apps/slack/integrations) for high-priority leads

“Before, they had no idea how many meetings were falling through. Now they can see every lead and take action automatically," said Mehandi.
