# Easily make an events digest with Calendly and Slack

With Calendly, you can easily add events to your chosen calendar. But you might want to have a more consolidated way of seeing all your upcoming events without opening your schedule multiple times a day. Luckily, there's a Zap that will do this for you.

Scheduling meetings or events with those who fall outside of your business can get a bit chaotic. Especially when your calendar is already chockablock with internal meetings, the odd team event, and that cooking class that's too late to back out of now—sigh.

So how do you keep your prospects warm without endless back-and-forth emails? [Calendly](https://calendly.com/) is a simple scheduling tool that does the trick: You set your availability (or link it to your calendars), send the link to invitees, and they can pick a slot based on your availability. Simple.

While Calendly adds these events to your chosen calendar, you might want to have a more consolidated way of seeing all your upcoming events as a list—without opening your schedule multiple times a day. Luckily, there's a Zap that will do this for you, so you can forget about manually copying and sending event details to yourself.

**The challenge: **When dozens of people book meetings with you, it can be overwhelming to keep track of every single event, meaning you constantly have to check, double-check, and even triple-check your calendar on a daily basis.

**The solution: **Cut out this step by linking Calendly to Slack—and use [Digest by Zapier](https://zapier.com/blog/digest-by-zapier-guide/). That way,** **every time an invitee books a slot with you through Calendly, Zapier adds the event to a digest and sends it to Slack as a direct message whenever you want it to.

**Ready to try it yourself?** To get started with a Zap template—our pre-made workflows—just click on it, and we'll guide you through the set-up process. It only takes a few minutes.

_Note: You'll need a paid Zapier account to use _[_multi-step Zaps_](https://zapier.com/blog/maximize-productivity-with-multi-step-zaps/)_ if you're outside your two-week trial period._

**Top tip:** This Zap doesn't have to be set up daily. You can adjust it to deliver a weekly or monthly digest—whichever recurring basis works best for you and the prep time you need.

**Zap difficulty:** Medium
