Only use this trigger for new users in your Employee Learning Cloud. If you are looking to capture new Contacts in your Academy (Customer Learning Cloud), please choose the trigger 'New Customer Learning Cloud Contact' instead. The below choices will be going away in a future release.

Create a new employee or invite a new customer to an academy.

An optional date for when the assignment is due.

The type of training you are creating an assignment for (Guide, Path).

Specifies the academy you are assigning/enrolling **Customers** in Trainings for. Refer to our [help documentation](https://developers.workramp.com/reference/academy-id) to locate your Academy Id. Leave blank for assigning trainings to Employees.

The type of training you are enrolling a customer in (Guide, Path, Resource).

This action only supports updating employees (at this time)

Email address of the user you want to update

Updates the user's first and last name (i.e. "Jane Doe")

Default is `false` which keeps a user active. Set to `true` to deactivate the user. Learn more in [our API help documentation](https://developers.workramp.com/reference/user-object).

Default is true, which overwrites all existing custom attributes. Set to false to keep existing attributes in WorkRamp and append new ones.

Add or update custom attribute(s) for the employee. Enter the API Name of the attribute in the field on the left, and the value in the field to the right. A new attribute will be created if it does not already exist.

Example: `job_title` `CEO`
