1. You check in at a location on Swarm
2. Zapier updates your team on WorkingOn with your current location

When you step away to attend a meeting or event, you often want to let your team know you won't be available. This Zapier automation handles communicating upcoming events on your Google Calendar to your team on WorkingOn.

Note: This Zapier integration will share all events on the calendar of your choice. If you'd like for some events to remain private you can edit this Zap after the setup process and add a filter. We recommend filtering be a keyword like "#private."

1. You add an event on your Google Calendar
2. Just before the event, Zapier will send the event to WorkingOn
