2018 brings you a number of new ways to use Zapier's Stripe integration. Now you can automatically keep customers' Stripe records up-to-date based on new information from your CRM, online store, or lead gen tool. With the recently added Create Customer Action, your Zaps can auto-create customers in Stripe when customers place new eCommerce orders or opt-in to your mailing list, for example. If customers already exist in Stripe, you can set up Zaps that automatically search for an existing customer, then update that customer's record with the Update Customer Action. Rest assured that your Stripe data is updated and accurate without cross-referencing customer lists from your other web tools.

Plus, the New Refund Trigger was recently added to Zapier's Stripe integration, allowing your Zaps to automatically watch for new Stripe refunds and kick off workflows accordingly. Try it out with Zaps that alert your sales team or update accounting info whenever new refunds are created in Stripe. That way, your refunds are taken care of right away with no extra back-and-forth.

What's New with the Stripe + Zapier Integration

New Trigger

  • New Refund: Triggers when a new refund is created.
