  • New Comment - Triggers when a discussion is created or replied to.
  • New Discussion - Triggers when a new discussion is created.
  • New User - Triggers when a new user signs up.

How to Get Started with Tender Support

To get started with Tender Support, you'll need to copy the supplied webhook URL and log in to your Scout Monitoring account.

Connect your Tender Support account to Zapier

Next, click your "Accounts and Setting" menu and select "Extras".

On the next screen, you'll want to head to the Webhooks tab and click the "Create your first webhook" button and choose the "When a discussion is created or replied to" option.

Next, name your webhook, paste in the Zapier webhook URL, and click "Save".

Once you've entered your webhook URL, clicked "Save", you should be good to go!
