You need to be sure all data from your funnels end up in the right place. SugarCRM keeps that data beautifully organized and optimized, and Zapier will get the data where it needs to go. Use Zapier to link all your external apps and data collection tools to your SugarCRM account. Or reverse the flow and create calendar events and email lists from new entries in SugarCRM.

Here are some creative ways to use SugarCRM with Zapier:

  • Whether you're testing landing pages or leveraging your social, make sure you follow up on every lead. Save any new leads from Unbounce or Facebook Lead Ads directly to SugarCRM.
  • No matter what tool you use to ask questions, store the answers in the same place. Create new cases in SugarCRM from form submissions in GravityForms, HubSpot, Typeform, or whichever form app you use.
  • If a customer skips the funnel and just emails you directly, make sure their data ends up in the right place. Add leads to SugarCRM from incoming emails by using Email Parser by Zapier.

Zapier combines Triggers (like "New Case") and Actions (like "Create Case") to complete an action in one app when a trigger occurs in another app. These combos—called "Zaps"—complete your tasks automatically.
