Make a New Trello Card Each Time a Salesforce Case is Opened

Save time and keep up with your cases in the productivity app you love with this Salesforce to Trello Zap. In just a few minutes, you can setup this Zap to automatically make a new Trello card in the board and list of your choice each time a new Salesforce case is opened.

How it Works

Choose your Trello board and list, along with your Salesforce account, and pick the Salesforce case info you want to add to your Trello cards. Then, whenever a new Salesforce case is opened, it’ll automatically be copied into a new Trello card with all the info you need.

You’ll then be able to keep up with your cases in the project management workflow they’re already used to.

Extras

If you want, you can also choose to only send some specific Salesforce cases to Trello using trigger filters. This would let you, for example, save all bug report cases to one Trello board, and then you could use another Zap to save all feature request cases to another board.

To set these up, click “edit” on your Zap in your Dashboard once your Zap is enabled.
