What Route Triggers and Actions are Supported?

Supported Triggers#

  • New Automation Task - Triggers when your automation reaches an action with a Zapier task.
  • New Contact - Triggers when a new contact is identified by Route.

Supported Actions#

  • Track Event - Tracks an event triggered by a contact in your site or app.

How to Get Started with Route on Zapier

The first thing you'll need to do is connect your Route Account to Zapier. After you sign up and start creating the Zap you want, Zapier will ask you to start the process:

Next we will ask you to give your new Account a name or label, which is just a handy name for you to recognize within Zapier. It doesn't matter what you name it, but it does matter that you paste into the Organization Id and API key field!

In the photo above you should see a link to the Route settings that will show the infos that you need, which looks like the below:

Just copy the Organization ID and API key into the popup back at Zapier and click the continue button:

As the final step, Zapier will automatically test that your credentials is good and you'll be allowed to continue setting up your Zap.
