In addition to measuring your relationship NPS with regular surveys, you can now use Promoter.io to capture transactional NPS and customer sentiment after key transactional events, such as a support ticket. This Zap allows you to send a Promoter.io NPS survey immediately after a Zendesk ticket is created.
Note: Sending test zaps will actually send surveys to the sample email provided in the test zap.
How It Works
- A ticket is created in Zendesk
- Zapier adds that contact to your Promoter.io organization and sends them a survey
