What Triggers and Actions are Supported?

Supported Triggers#

  • NPS Score Changed - Whenever the NPS score for any campaign changes.
  • Feedback Deleted - Triggers when a member deletes feedback from a campaign (via the responses view).
  • Contact Unsubscribed - Triggers when a surveyed contact has unsubscribed from email.
  • Feedback Submitted or Updated - Triggers when a contact has submitted a score and/or left a comment.

Supported Actions#

  • Survey a Contact - Deliver a survey to a contact you specify. Any contact you survey will also be added to your contact list and add all custom attributes you send. You can set a delivery delay in your campaign settings inside if you would prefer the contact to not receive a survey instantly.
  • Tag a Feedback - Adds a tag to a feedback.
  • Add or Update a Contact - Add or update a contact in your account. You can also associate a contact to a contact list for usage with a campaign. All custom attributes you send are saved.
  • Reply to a Feedback - Reply to a Feedback.
  • Unsubscribe a Contact - Mark your contact as unsubscribed in your account. Surveys will no longer be sent to this contact.
  • Change Feedback Status - Change status of feedback.
  • Forward a Feedback - Forward a feedback.

How to Get Started with on Zapier

To get started with Promoter, click to add your account to Zapier to be used in your Zap.

Next, you'll be asked for your Promoter API Key.

To find your API Key, you'll first want to log into your account, access the drop-down menu and click "API".

On the next screen, copy your API Key and paste it into Zapier.

Once you've entered your API Key and clicked continue, we'll test your account to make sure the connection works. If it does, you're all set!
