What does this mean?
    • Barcode ValueRequired

      Enter the value you want to encode into the barcode.

    • Barcode Type

      Select the type of barcode to generate. By default, a QR Code will be generated.

    • Generate Inline URL

      Set to true if you want to generate an inline image URL. This can be used as a source for images in HTML or emails, and it works without an internet connection.

    • Output Link Expiration

      Optional. Set the expiration time in minutes for the output links. The default is 60 minutes. For longer durations, consider our Business Plan or higher. Check our plans.

    • Custom Profiles

      Optional. Set a custom configuration here if required. Check sample custom profiles. You can also employ user-controlled data encryption to secure your output file.

      Enter the input source based on the chosen Input Format. If the file is stored in a cloud service (e.g., Google Drive or Dropbox), ensure the link is publicly accessible (without password).

    • Output PDF Name

      Provide a name for the output PDF file.

    • Output Link Expiry

      Optional. Set an expiration time (in minutes) for the output links. Default is 60 minutes. Longer durations are available for Business Plan users or higher. Check our plans.

    • Job Execution ModeRequired

      Determines how the PDF.co job is executed. Choose Async (Up to 35 sec) to execute the job in async mode suitable for jobs that take up to 35 seconds. Choose Async For Large Docs (need to run Job Check module separately) for larger jobs that could take up to 5 minutes - remember to run the Job Check module separately for this. Default is Async (Up to 35 sec).

    • Job Check IntervalRequired

      (Advanced): Adjust the interval (in seconds) at which the system checks the status of the conversion job. Increase the interval for longer jobs, decrease for quicker jobs. Only applicable if Job Execution Mode is Async (Up to 35 sec).

    • Custom Profiles

      Optional. Enter any custom profiles here. View sample custom profiles.

      Select the PDF.co API endpoint or enter a custom endpoint path. Refer to PDF.co API Docs for more information.

    • URL Input Parameter Override

      This overrides the url input parameter for the Input JSON below. It can be a link, filetoken:// (for files stored in PDF.co Files). Certain API endpoints may also accept multiple links separated by a comma. Refer to API docs for more details. You can also use links to documents in Google Docs, G Drive, Dropbox, provided that these links are accessible without a password or login.

    • Input JSON

      Provides an input JSON with parameters. Check PDF.co API Docs for source code samples.

    • Run As Async Job

      Set to true to force async job mode and to automatically wait for async job completion. Equal to setting async param to true in the input json. It will check background job status in a loop using v1/job/check method until it returns status as success or failed. When turned off, action will send API call and will return immediately.

    • Job Execution ModeRequired

      Determines how the PDF.co job is executed. Choose Async (Up to 35 sec) to execute the job in async mode suitable for jobs that take up to 35 seconds. Choose Async For Large Docs (need to run Job Check module separately) for larger jobs that could take up to 5 minutes - remember to run the Job Check module separately for this. Default is Async (Up to 35 sec).

    • Interval for Asynchronous Job ChecksRequired

      (Advanced): Adjusts the interval (in seconds) for checking the status of an asynchronous job. Increase the interval for longer jobs, decrease it for faster jobs. Only applicable if Job Execution Mode is Async (Up to 35 sec).

      Provide a URL or a filetoken:// link (for files stored in PDF.co Files). You can also use links to documents from Google Drive, Google Docs, Dropbox, or similar services (these links should be accessible without requiring a login).

    • Template Id

      Enter the ID of the document parser template. You can manage your templates here

    • Document Password

      Enter the password for the PDF document if it is protected. Leave this field empty for unprotected documents. You can also use user-controlled data encryption with AES encryption/decryption via the Profiles field.

    • Job Execution ModeRequired

      Determines how the PDF.co job is executed. Choose Async (Up to 35 sec) to execute the job in async mode suitable for jobs that take up to 35 seconds.       Enter the URL of the source PDF, PNG, JPG, TIFF, or a filetoken://.. link from PDF.co Files storage. If using Google Drive, Dropbox, etc., ensure the link is publicly accessible.

    • Barcode Type to Read

      Choose the type of barcode to read. By default, the system will look for QR Codes.

    • Pages to Read From

      Enter the page numbers (or ranges) from where the barcode should be read. Leave empty to process all pages. The first page is 0! Example: “0,2-5,7-”.

    • Password

      If the PDF document is protected, enter the password here. For unprotected documents, leave this field empty. You can also use user-controlled data encryption with the Profiles field.

    • Job Execution ModeRequired

      Determines how the PDF.co job is executed. Choose Async (Up to 35 sec) to execute the job in async mode suitable for jobs that take up to 35 seconds. Choose Async For Large Docs (need to run Job Check module separately) for larger jobs that could take up to 5 minutes - remember to run the Job Check module separately for this. Default is Async (Up to 35 sec).

      Select the format you want to convert your PDF to.

    • Source PDF URLRequired

      Enter the URL of the source PDF document or a filetoken://.. link from the PDF.co Files storage. Ensure the link is accessible without a password if using Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar.

    • Page Selection

      Specify the pages or ranges you want to process. Enter a comma-separated list (e.g., "0,1-2,5-"). Leave blank to include all pages. Note: Page indexing starts at 0.

    • PDF Password

      Enter the password for the PDF document if it is protected. For unprotected documents, leave this field blank. For user-controlled data encryption, use the Profiles field with AES encryption/decryption.

    • Output File Name

      Specify the name for your output file.

    • Inline Output Option

      Set to true to receive the extracted content directly as a body variable. By default, a link to the output file will be returned in the url variable.

    • OCR Language for Scanned Documents

      Choose the OCR (Optical Character Recognition) language for extracting text from scanned PDF, PNG, JPG documents. The default language is English.

    • Expiration of Output Links

      Set the expiration time (in minutes) for output links. Default is 60 minutes. Increase this value if you're using a Business Plan or higher. Check out the subscription plans.

    • Job Execution ModeRequired

      Determines how the PDF.co job is executed. Choose Async (Up to 35 sec) to execute the job in async mode suitable for jobs that take up to 35 seconds. Choose Async For Large Docs (need to run Job Check module separately) for larger jobs that could take up to 5 minutes - remember to run the Job Check module separately for this. Default is Async (Up to 35 sec).

    • Async Job Check IntervalRequired

      (Advanced Setting): Customize the interval for checking the status of async jobs (in seconds). Set a longer interval for large jobs or a shorter one for small jobs. Only applicable if Job Execution Mode is Async (Up to 35 sec).

      Here you can define any custom profiles if necessary. You can configure specific settings for the PDF process. Check sample custom profiles here.
