Common Problems with Kanbanize on Zapier

Does my account need any special permissions to connect?#

The user whose API key is used to connect the Zapier app to Kanbanize must be an Administrator or a user with predefined permissions that allow "Access API" and viewing, creating and modifying cards.

The user must be assigned to all Kanbanize boards that the Zapier app will access.

For more information on managing user roles and permissions in Kanbanize check out their help doc here: https://knowledgebase.kanbanize.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002891005-User-Roles-and-Permissions
