This is a list of recipients separated by either the pipe symbol "|" or a semi colon ";". eg . 0401001001|0401001002|0401001003. It can contain a single number that send a single message.

All mobile numbers are validated in our system - invalid numbers return an error response and update or insert will fail. In the process we remove all non numeric characters. To validate a number we need to know what country it is for. We can either determine from the country field, or the mobile number if it has the county code at the start of it.
