Invoice Was Issued
Triggers when a new invoice is issued. This can happen automatically using the rules engine or the API, but often invoices are also issued manually by the admissions administrator.

  A valid email address. Must be unique - if there is already an existing applicant / lead with this email, the action will fail.
- Full name
  Full name of the lead/applicant. 1 to 50 characters. Please provide either the full name (recommended), or both given and family names.
- Given name
  Given name of the lead/applicant. 1 to 50 characters. Please provide either the full name (recommended), or both given and family names.
- Family name
  Family name of the lead/applicant. 1 to 50 characters. Please provide either the full name (recommended), or both given and family names.
- Citizenship
  This is optional, but highly recommended. The citizenship affect all deadlines/fees display for the applicant. If not provided, it will be asked when applicant is logging in. Accepts an ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 country code.
- Phone
  Phone number of the lead/applicant, for example “+372 123456789”. Up to 30 characters.
- Reference
  A reference code (often an identifier in another information system)
- Tracker
  You can choose to assign a tracker to any leads/applicants imported using this Zap. Please go to your DreamApply administration system to pre-create the tracker codes, so that they appear in this list. Please note that it may take some time for them to appear in Zapier.
- Notes
  Any notes accompanying the lead/applicant. Up to 2048 characters.
