Existing Lead's Email AddressRequired

Round Robin?
Use Round Robin to assign lead. Set to "1" if this method is to be used for lead assignment. If set, then assignment of the lead will be processed by the round robin system, and the mbbuser value, and other factors used for assignment will be ignored.

Marketing Campaign Reference
Name of your (advertising) campaign that originated the lead NO SPACES ALLOWED. This parameter is designed to help track sources of traffic.
Inquiry / Task Subject Reference
A Reference name (Title) for the inquiry, submitted form or task.
Inquiry / Task Details
The information and details submitted in a form, inquiry, or task.
Inquiry / Task Status
Indicates if a task is to be created. Defaults to being a "due" task showing in the "Tasks" tab.
Task Due (In Days)
How many days in future this task will be due. If a future period is not specified then the period is zero and the task will be due today.
Notes
This will create a note (plain text) in the "History" for the lead.
Comments
Corresponds to the Comments on the Profile tab.
Lead Star Rating
The Star Rating to be assigned to the lead. The default is 1-star.
Category ID
Assign Category IDs to leads. YOU MUST establish Categories first in your Account in order to get the Category ID.
HashTags
A comma separated list of keyword tags to be applied to lead. E.g: golf, first time buyer, investor etc.
Buyer Status
Identify the status of the buyer. Numeric value: 1=Now, 2=Within three months, 3= Three to Six Months, 4=Six to Twelve months, 5= More than a year.
Mortgage Status
Identify the mortgage status of the lead. Numeric value: 1=Need one, 2=Prequalified, 3=None.
Agent Agreement
Identify if the Lead has an existing agreement in place. Numeric value: 0=Not sure or does not have an agent agreement in place, 1=Does have agent agreement in place.
Only Process if Existing Lead
True | false (default). If "true" this ONLY imports if the lead already exists, i.e. if "true" then this will not import unless this lead is already in the account. Consequently,if set to "true", then leads are not created - they are only updated with additional notes, inquiries and comments for a lead. Existing lead data is not updated.
Send Welcome Email?
Send the lead a "Welcome Email"? Numeric value: 0=Don't send welcome email (default), 1=Send welcome email.
Send Additional Email ID
Send an additional email. Specify the Email Template ID (e.g. 1234) to be sent to the lead immediately (can be applied as-well-as, or instead-of Welcome email).
Attach Campaign to New Lead
Campaign ID (e.g. 1234) to assign to NEW lead. If no Campaign ID is specified, no campaign will be assigned.
Attach Drip Campaign to Existing
Campaign ID (e.g. 1234) to assign to an EXISTING lead. If no campaign ID is specified, no campaign will be assigned.
Saved Search
This option allows you to give the saved search/alert a name. If not specified, the search alert name will be "First Saved Search".
Saved Search Frequency
This option allows you to set the frequency of the alert. The default value if not specified is "Daily".
Saved Search End Date
Alternative. Specify an actual end date INSTEAD of "duration"
Duration of Alert
This option allows you to set the duration of the alert in months - i.e. how many months the alert executes. {months} = any number, from 1 to 18. The default value is 6.
Saved Search Criteria
Include mls_id as part of your filter. Specify a normal search filter.
