This integration allows you to stay updated on activities in Zendesk, all within your Jostle intranet. Once active, this integration will automatically post a message to Jostle Discussions whenever you get a high priority Zendesk ticket. Just choose what information you want to post from the ticket during setup, or modify the priority filter, and we'll take care of the rest! You won't miss another ticket again.
