When you use Zapier with Infusionsoft, you can automatically update your leads and customer accounts. You can even communicate information about appointments and meetings to individual contacts, adding a level of personalization to your marketing.

Here are some creative ways to use Infusionsoft with Zapier:

  • Keep all your leads in one place. Create or update Infusionsoft contacts from new Facebook Lead Ads leads.
  • You want to stay in touch with your customers even after you make a sale. Add new Kajabi or Shopify customers—or any successful PayPal sales—to Infusionsoft.
  • Keep track of your customer interactions and start to nurture your leads when you use Zapier to tag existing Infusionsoft Contacts from new Acuity Scheduling appointments or Calendly meetings.

Zapier combines Triggers (like "Tag Added to Contact") and Actions (like "Create/Update Contact") to complete an action in one app when a trigger occurs in another app. These combos—called "Zaps"—complete your tasks automatically.
