Infusionsoft's pipeline is a kanban board there you add in-progress deals and move them through the columns as the deals progress. Each deal is tied to contacts, so you can click through to see details about your meetings, tasks you need to complete to finish the deal, and the payments from your clients when they come through. Need more leads to pitch on deals? Infusionsoft's landing pages and forms can help you gather contacts, with marketing automation to start them thinking about working with your company.
Selling individual products instead of deal-driven services? Infusionsoft's eCommerce tools can help there too. For an additional $59/month, you can add eCommerce tools to your account to build an online store and manage sales right from Infusionsoft, using the same payment processing to process orders as you would client invoices.
Everything in Infusionsoft is geared towards helping you get sales, of your pipeline-driven deals or your eCommerce store visits. Its Campaigns tool lets you lay out automations based on contact action. Say you want to reach back out to contacts if they don't reply in a certain amount of time. You can drag a delay element to wait 3 days, say, then an email element to send a personalized email to that contact, and a task element to remind you to check back on them.
