  • Add new Google Calendar events to your HourStack week

    Dragging and dropping your Google Calendar events can be cumbersome if you want every event from a specific calendar to appear in your HourStack week. You can now automatically add these events to your HourStack week as you create them in Google Calendar!

    Note: The HourStack entries will not update if you make edits to the Google Calendar entry after creation

    It can be a pain to constantly flip between Google Calendar and HourStack when you're planning your week. This integration allows you to send your HourStack events to a designated calendar in Google Calendar, helping keep your calendar consistent with your task load in HourStack!

    Note: Event start times will default to 12am of the appropriate day

  • Complete Asana tasks when HourStack tasks are completed

    When working closely with Asana and HourStack, it can be time-consuming to mark entries as 'Complete' in both HourStack and Asana. With this integration, you'll no longer have to complete Asana entries separately from HourStack. Complete the appropriate entries in Asana every time you mark a matching HourStack entry as 'Complete'!

    1. An HourStack entry is marked as 'Complete'
    2. Zapier searches an Asana project for a task of the same name
    3. If Zapier finds a matching task, Zapier will mark it as complete
