Google Cloud Print Integration Details

Launched on Zapier January 6, 2016

Zapier combines Triggers (like "New Print Job") and Actions (like "Submit Print Job") to complete an action in one app when a trigger occurs in another app. These combos—called "Zaps"—complete your tasks automatically.

The following Google Cloud Print Triggers, Searches, and Actions are supported by Zapier:

Submit Print Job

Add a document to the print queue.

Mark Print Job Finished

Mark an in-progress print job as finished. Commonly paired with the Cloud Print "new print job" trigger. After this action runs, the print job's file is deleted from Cloud Print and no longer accessible.

New Print Job

Triggers when a print job is sent to a chosen Cloud Print printer. When you connect a new Cloud Print account, Zapier also creates a special virtual printer you can use (which does nothing other than trigger this Zap).
