Moving files between different apps manually is annoying, and ultimately unnecessary with the help of automation. Rather than downloading new email attachments from a separate Gmail account and re-uploading it to the Widen Collective, use Zapier to start automatically adding new relevant assets to your Widen DAM system.
Note: This Zapier integration doesn't upload already existing Gmail attachments into your Widen Collective site, only new media posted after you've set it up.
How It Works
- A new attachments is received in Gmail
- Zapier uploads attachment(s) as new asset(s) in your designated Widen Collective upload profile
What You Need
- Gmail account
- Widen Collective account with upload permissions
Note: This integration will only work if you have a Business Gmail account - these have custom domains. Free consumer Gmail accounts cannot be used with this integration. Read Help docs here.
