If you regularly transfer tasks from Gmail to Trello, you also probably want to track which Gmail messages have been transferred and which haven't. Use this Zap to automatically label emails in Gmail once they've had Trello cards created for them. That way, whenever you receive certain new emails in Gmail, Zapier will create Trello cards and label the emails for you. So there's no need to second-guess your work.
