Post activities to leads in LeadSquared for new Freshdesk tickets

Looking to capture the details of your new Freshdesk tickets as activities against the corresponding leads in LeadSquared? This integration posts an activity to the corresponding lead in your LeadSquared account when a new ticket is created in Freshdesk. This allows you to bring all new Freshdesk tickets under the corresponding lead in LeadSquared.

Note: The activity is posted to the lead based on the email address in the Freshdesk ticket

How this Freshdesk-LeadSquared integration works

  1. A new ticket is created in Freshdesk
  2. Zapier posts an activity to the lead with the ticket details to your LeadSquared account. If the email address in the ticket does not exist as a lead in LeadSquared, a new lead is created and an activity is posted.
