Create Xero bills for new Eventbrite attendees

You keep your books in Xero but manage your events in Eventbrite. Use this Zapier integration to make to the two systems work in harmony—each time you sell an Eventbrite ticket to a new attendee, you'll create an invoice in Xero.

Note: This Zapier integration doesn't import already registered event attendees into Xero—only new attendees after you've set it up.

How it Works

  1. Zapier keeps an eye on your specified Eventbrite event for new attendees
  2. When a new attendee purchases a ticket, Zapier sends their information to Xero and an invoice is generate

  3. Zapier keeps an eye on your event's attendee list

  4. When a new attendee registers, Zapier sends their information to Xero and an invoice is generated (customizable)
