Automatically create Insightly tasks via email

When your team receives an email from a customer, their top priority is resolving the issue as soon as possible. This integration automatically creates Insightly tasks when new emails are received in your Zapier email inbox. You can forward emails to Zapier—or have your email app automatically forward messages—and they'll automatically be turned into Insightly tasks. Or you can even email new tasks to Insightly when you're on the go, as a simple way to add tasks wherever you are.

How It Works

  1. A new email is received in your Zapier email inbox.
  2. Zapier automatically adds a task to Insightly.
