How to Get Started with Dialpad on Zapier

Connecting with Dialpad#

When you start creating a Dialpad Zap, you will be asked to connect your Dialpad account.

Next, you'll be asked to enter your Dialpad API key.

To locate your API Key in your Dialpad account, please follow these steps:

  • Log into your Dialpad account (must be company admin)
  • Select My Company > Authentication > API Keys
  • Select Generate API Key
  • Set specific expiration (if applicable) 6.) Copy the generated API key to your clipboard

Paste your key back into your Zapier account and then “Continue.”

If all steps were successful your Dialpad account will now be successfully connected.
