Tired of your orders staying unresolved? Now you can create cases and notify the right people when your order needs attention automatically. Once activated, a new case will be created on Desk whenever an order on Skubana has a status of Unresolved. No more customers calling to demand that their order be shipped. Desk can do it for them!
Note: This Zapier integration doesn't create cases from existing orders, only those added after it's turned on.
