How to Get Started with CustomerLabs on Zapier

When you start creating a CustomerLabs Zap, you will be asked to connect your CustomerLabs account.

Next, you'll be asked to enter your CustomerLabs API key.

To locate your API Key in your CustomerLabs account, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into your CustomerLabs account.
  2. Click the integrations icon from the TOP Menu.
  3. Click "Zapier" integration and Subscribe.
  4. Click "Configuration Settings".
  5. Click "Generate API Key" button.
  6. Copy the API Key.

Paste your key back into your Zapier account and then click “Continue.”

If all steps were successful, your CustomerLabs account will now be connected.
