Add users to a Cisco Spark space when you add new rows to an Excel table

If you're manually creating a new Spark room for every new project or team, manually adding members can be tedious and time-consuming. Use this automation to speed up your busy work. Once you set it up, Zapier will add users to a Cisco Spark space from updated rows in an Excel table. That way, you can kick off your project faster, and get to work.

Note: Only works for new users not already logged in the table

How this Excel-Cisco Spark integration works

  1. Add a row to the Excel table. The Excel table should have a column with the users' email address
  2. Zapier adds the user in the row to a chosen space in Cisco Spark
