Using AskNicely NPS surveys to measure how customers are feeling about your brand at different stages of gives you a real time view of the value and risk in your existing customer base. You can predict how many customers you're likely to get via referral and how many of your existing customers are at risk. Using Intercom to trigger AskNicely surveys at specific stages in your customer lifecycle helps ensure you get this feedback at exactly the right time. This integration uses the conversion of Intercom leads into customers to trigger the survey, with an optional wait time added in AskNicely.
Note: You probably don't want to trigger a survey at exactly the point where someone signs up as a customer, so it's recommended that you use the wait property in the AskNicely trigger to send out the survey after the customer has had long enough to get acquainted with your product or service.
