With this integration, a vendor can have Asana tasks automatically created when a product from JVZoo is refunded. This can aid the vendor in following up with customers, determining why refunds occurred and addressing any issues quickly and efficiently with the goal of less refunds being created over time.
Note: This Zapier integration doesn't create Asana tasks for past refunds, only new refunds after you've set it up.
