After setting up the integration with the calendar app your team uses, select the correct calendar to receive bookings and notifications for upcoming appointments. To ensure that you’re not double-booked, you can use the Availability Calendars feature to check all or a select number of calendars for conflicts in schedule. Once you’ve finished the calendar integration, you can assign available time periods to your services. If you have different hours for different services, you can use the cloning feature to create a new tab of available hours to assign to a specific service.
If you are using third party video conferencing apps like join.me to host meetings or discussions, you can click on Web Conferencing and input your meeting URL here. Customers will then be able to click on this link when selecting ”Web Conference“ as their preferred location. Alternatively, you can provide a dial-in number if you are using phone conference software to receive customer calls.
After hitting ”Save,“ you can start sharing and marketing your unique Appointlet link to interested prospects. You can easily embed this link to your marketing websites or share directly with others.
Different customers call in for different needs. It’s important to organize your services so that your team can address their specific concerns. Upon logging in, you have the option to add different types of services customers can book an appointment for. Product demos, beta testing, priority support, and general customer inquiries are just a few examples. If you need to gather specific information from interested customers, you can add new and edit existing form fields for this purpose.
When creating a service, you have the option to specify the appointment’s duration, description, location, and pricing (if any). In case the customer can’t make it, Appointlet allows you to send out cancellation and reschedule notices so your customer remains within the sales cycle. You can personalize the booking experience further by customizing your email notifications displayed when the client finalizes the appointment. If you would like to share a direct link to a specific service, you can grab its booking URL from the side menu and share it with interested prospects.
Payments is another interesting feature that allows you to monetize customer appointments. You can set up a PayPal, QuickPay, or Stripe account to receive payments for services rendered. This is ideal if you are providing paid support or one-on-one consultation services to interested clients. Additionally, you can integrate with business software like Salesforce and Infusionsoft, or email marketing services like Mailchimp and Aweber, to save customer information, add contacts as email subscribers, and more.
