4 ways to automate TikTok Conversions with Zapier

For any sales team, your CRM is a source of truth when it comes to interactions with a prospect. Whether you're tracking deal progress, logging past conversations, or centralizing purchase history, it's a goldmine of valuable information. 

But manually passing these events from your CRM to TikTok isn't an efficient way to optimize ad performance in real time, as it relies on people remembering to log those events as soon as they happen. (This can lead to delays or errors.)

But what if the specific CRM app your team is using doesn't connect to Zapier? After all, you might use a custom platform to track lead activity or need to trigger a Zap off a custom event from your website.

Track purchases and orders

Obviously, you'll know a campaign is successful based on the sales you make from it. But if those purchases are recorded in other apps, you'll have no way of knowing if they're attributed to your ad efforts.

Turn other ad clicks into conversions

Connect TikTok to your spreadsheets and database apps

Not every team in your company will use a CRM to record conversion events. Your events team might prefer to log webinar registrations on a Google Sheet, for example. Or your marketing team might have a system in place that relies on Airtable to track website visitors, sign-ups, and other key actions.
