From a project management tool

If your team is like mine, you probably keep track of your projects in a project management platform like Asana or Trello. With the automations below, you can automatically create videos in Synthesia as soon as you create a task for them in your project management tool. 

Just make sure the task includes essential fields like the title, script, avatar, and background, and Zapier will send that information to Synthesia to create your video in minutes.

For new leads and prospects

One of the most popular use cases for Synthesia is creating personalized videos for prospects and new customers. With the Zap templates below, you can do just that.

Callback IDs in Synthesia are a way of linking new videos back to your initial video request. In this example, you'd use a leads email address or phone number as the callback ID. That way, you'll be able to tell who the video is for once Synthesia has finished preparing it.

Keep backups of your videos

When your library of videos continues to grow, it's helpful to keep a library of all the videos you've created. That way, if you want to share a video with someone who doesn't have Synthesia access or make them easier for others in your company to find, you can just send them a link to your video library.
