Zapier has been remote-first since 2011, and we’ve built a distributed culture that balances autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful connection. We stay connected through async tools, Slack channels like #fun-cooking and #fun-music, local meetups, and annual summits. Competitive pay
We use a business impact approach to base pay. So, we pay all Zapiens based on their demonstrated impact on Zapier’s success at their current role and level. We also reward collective and individual team contributions through bonuses, equity, and nomination-based cash awards.

We care deeply about every Zapien’s well-being, at work and beyond. From wellness coaching to Carrot Fertility support, we offer flexible resources for your health and balance. Every Zapien also receives two annual budgets: a Live Well Budget for physical, mental, and emotional wellness, and a Work Well Budget to support a productive, comfortable remote setup.
