4 ways to automate TikTok Conversions with Zapier

If you're using TikTok to advertise your brand (and capture leads) through paid ads, you're already halfway to building a successful advertising strategy. But it's one thing to capture lead information—it's another to track the overall success of those ads. 

That means tracking both offline and online conversions. Those are the actions your leads take after interacting with your TikTok ads, like making a purchase, signing up for a newsletter, or calling directly for a quote.

Send CRM events as conversions

For any sales team, your CRM is a source of truth when it comes to interactions with a prospect. Whether you're tracking deal progress, logging past conversations, or centralizing purchase history, it's a goldmine of valuable information. 

But manually passing these events from your CRM to TikTok isn't an efficient way to optimize ad performance in real time, as it relies on people remembering to log those events as soon as they happen. (This can lead to delays or errors.)

Instead, you can use these Zaps to automatically turn relevant interactions and deals in Pipedrive or Salesforce into conversion events in TikTok. That way, you're capturing events as soon as they happen, without anything important falling through the cracks. 

But what if the specific CRM app your team is using doesn't connect to Zapier? After all, you might use a custom platform to track lead activity or need to trigger a Zap off a custom event from your website.
