It will trigger whenever you receive a new email (or optionally only when it has a certain label), creating a Kanbantool task automatically in response. For this automation to work best, we recommend setting up your Gmail filtering rules to automatically label the emails you want to get on Kanbantool, and selecting that label during Zap setup.
