When customers leave without finishing their orders, it's time to take action. Now you can set up Zaps to automatically send emails about the unfinished Ecwid orders. That way, you can make sure orders aren't in limbo. Plus, you can now create Zaps that trigger whenever new paid Ecwid orders are created, so you're always up-to-date with your eCommerce activity.

What's New with Ecwid

New Triggers

  • New Paid Order: Trigger Zaps when a new paid order is created in Ecwid.

  • New Unfinished Order: Trigger Zaps when there's a new order without payment in Ecwid.
